1. How do I download BLMO? Go to the Apple store or the Google play store, and enter BLMO in the search bar; then download the BLMO app to your phone or device.
2. How do I create a BLMO account? After downloading the app to your mobile device or tablet, enter your email, phone number, create a username and a password, and the other profile information. Follow the prompts of the app.
3. How do I add cash to my BLMO account? Once you have created your BLMO account and profile, you can add your bank account information number (for ACH transactions from a bank account), and/or a debit card, and/or credit card. BLMO has a verification system that can verify your bank account information.
4. Do I have to download my cash from my BLMO wallet to my bank account, debit, or credit card to use it? No, you can use your BLMO debit card to use any cash you may have in your BLMO wallet.
5. Are there any charges for cashing out my BLMO wallet to my bank account, debit card, or credit card?
6. What is the group wallet on the BLMO app? The group wallet is a function on BLMO that can be used for creating a group, and setting an amount that each person in the group is supposed to send the group wallet. Also, the group wallet will send out invitation to everyone in the created group. The creator of the group wallet, will be the recipient of all of the cash sent. When a member of the group pays the designated amount, the red X next to their name will disappear, showing payment was made.
7. Is the information I enter into the BLMO app secure? BLMO uses the latest in security technology and encryption to protect the information on the BLMO app.
8. Can I request money from a person through the BLMO app? Yes. Users can request money from other BLMO users by touching the request money button on the home screen, then looking of the persons name by their full name, user name, phone number, or email. When the person’s name populates, verify that it is the correct person, then you can enter the requested amount.
9. How can I make sure that a person requesting money from me is not fraud? If money is requested from you, and you do not know the requester, you should deny the request. Also, some people may pose as customer service for BLMO to attempt to defraud you of cash. If you do not know the requester of the payment, do not send the cash.
10. How can I ensure that the person I am sending the money to is the intended receiver? You should search the persons name, phone number, email, or username to verify it is a known recipient. Also, you should communicate directly with the person you intend to receive the cash.
11. If I send money to the wrong person, can my payment be retrieved? No. Once the payment is received by the receiver and cashed out, BLMO cannot retrieve that payment. Therefore, it is of the upmost importance that you verify your receivers information, prior to sending any cash.
12. What do I do if I suspect a request is fraud or a scam? You should report the suspected fraud or scam to BLMO customer service.
13. Will BLMO Customer Service ask for any of my account information, PIN, password, or other information? BLMO will not ask for personal information like your BLMO PIN or password. BLMO will not ask for any sensitive information like your bank account information, or debit/credit card information. BLMO will not ask for you to send a payment, buy something, request remote access to your devise, or request any test transaction to be made.
14. Will BLMO have any giveaways or contests? BLMO will have some giveaways and contest to reward our good customer base. However, BLMO will NOT ask for your personal information such as username and password or any other sensitive information in order to qualify for the contest or giveaway.
